Welcome to Red Fox Photography
Hi There, I am Corinne
I’m the person behind the camera pulling faces, chatting constantly, and occasionally rolling around in the dirt usually dressed in pink, or at the very least a good splash of it. All in the name of capturing something real!
I grew up spending most of my spare time in a small country town in Central West NSW, where my love for wide open spaces and rural Australia first took hold. That appreciation for the land naturally evolved into a love for photography when I was given my first film camera at just eight years old. From that moment on, storytelling through images became part of who I am.
I began my photography journey capturing landscapes, rarely going anywhere without my camera. Road trips became opportunities to photograph rolling fields of golden canola, endless wheat horizons, rustic shearing sheds, alpine mountains, and stock. At 18, one of my images taken in the Snowy Mountains was selected for Australian tourism advertising overseas a milestone that affirmed my passion and direction.
As life unfolded and friends began marrying and starting families, my focus shifted toward portrait photography. I fell in love with capturing connection, emotion, and the beautifully fleeting moments that make each family’s story unique.
When I’m not photographing for Red Fox Photography, I also work alongside another highly respected local photographer at Mel Hill Photography, where I continue to refine my craft and deepen my love for photography. Constant learning and growth are important to me because photography isn’t just what I do, it’s my life.
Outside of the camera, I’m a wife to my husband Rob and a mum to our two beautiful boys, who keep life full and wonderfully busy. We’re lucky enough to live on a generational property on the outskirts of Canberra, offering a peaceful escape from the hustle of city life.
I love watching families explore the paddocks during their sessions, children lighting up at the sight of a sheep or kangaroo, or simply grabbing a stick to sword fight with Dad. These unscripted moments are where the magic lives.
People often ask why my business is called Red Fox Photography, especially when we live on a farm where foxes are, quite frankly, pests. And while I don’t love them when they help themselves to my husband’s show chickens or the little lambs, I’ve always found foxes incredibly majestic. Their independence, the way they care for their pups, their intelligence, and the striking beauty of their red coats have always fascinated me.
In many ways, the Red Fox represents everything I love about photography: resilience, quiet strength, beauty, and storytelling.
I feel incredibly fortunate to create timeless, meaningful imagery that my clients can treasure for generations.
